If you read the headlines, you’ve heard different things about the market and how competitive it can be. It can be a little intimidating whether you’re thinking about buying a new home or selling your current one and need to find a new home. Today we’re sharing some of the creative solutions we’ve been able to implement for our clients to help mitigate or solve some of those problems.
This example is from a recent win for a client: We sold their home off-market. By never putting it on the market, they were able to stay safe from COVID by having limited showings. They got the exact price that they were hoping to sell at and closed in 30 days. Then they were able to stay in the property completely rent-free for 60 days after that closing. In so doing, they were able to lock down where they were going, have time to move, and have the confidence that their home was already sold.

For our buyers, if there’s a particular neighborhood that you’re interested in, we’ll send out a letter letting the people in the subdivision know that we have an interested buyer. Every two weeks we’ll send out a list of features that our buyers are looking for to our friends and clients. We’ll ask if they know someone that’s getting ready to sell and to give us a call if their home has any desired features.
