Davis Holt, Broker | REALTOR®
“My goal is to create a memorable experience for each client to work with. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you make, and I want to help you make the right decision. In doing so though, I want this to be fun and exciting – because it should be! Owning a house is about making it a home, so I want to make sure we find you a home… and not just a house.”
Davis Holt, a Raleigh native, joined The Results Team in 2013. In 2019, Davis was named one of REALTOR Magazine’s top “30 Under 30.” He currently serves as the director of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS© Board of Directors. Daisy Rice | Licensed Transaction Coordinator
Daisy Rice began her residential real estate career in 2005, bringing vast experience to the team with a background in the industry as an escrow officer, loan processor, and real estate paralegal. She has an appreciation for the complexity of a transaction – from contract to closing – and she works diligently to make the process as seamless as possible. As a licensed agent herself, Daisy serves as The Results Team’s transaction coordinator. She works actively throughout the due diligence period to assist in making a carefully formed and well-thought-out plan. The professional knowledge she has acquired, paired with her passion for helping others, makes her an excellent advocate for her clients.
Daisy studied economics and sociology and relocated her family from the Midwest to the Triangle area due to its strong economy. Personally, she is no stranger to the strain and emotions of buying, selling, renovating, relocating, and building – she and her husband have renovated three homes and built three homes! These experiences help Daisy relate to her clients’ journeys and serve them well throughout the process. Daisy and her husband of 22 years have two young daughters. In her free time, she enjoys doing outdoor activities and taking day trips to North Carolina’s beautiful mountains and beaches.
